Returns can be requested within 30 days of your order’s ship date. Your refund will be issued 10-14 business days after we receive the returned unit. To protect all of our customers and ensure we handle every return or exchange with fairness, we cannot accept a return or exchange in the following situations: Products damaged by misuse, improper care, negligence, or accidents. Products showing excessive wear and tear.
You must return the Product to Embr Labs to receive a refund. Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged). All accessories and packaging originally included with your purchase, including the product UPC barcode, must be included with your return.
The return authorization number must be included along with your returned product.

Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT) are not refundable.
If you return Product to Embr Labs (a) without a return authorization from Embr Labs or (b) without all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase, Embr Labs retains the right to either refuse acceptance of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 15% of the original price of the Product(s) or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher.
